Decades of engineering and inspection experience complement extensive inspection industry training. Scott brings a seasoned eye, excellent report writing skills and a clear way of explaining highly technical issues to your home inspection.

 

For decades, Scott has never stopped renovating houses, from 1850's triple-brick post and beam, to 2000's all-brick subdivision and everything in between. As a mechanical engineer, he has inspected, audited and analysed systems of all kinds: process, electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural.

 

In addition to extensive industry training, numerous engineering courses have been completed in mechanics of materials, heat transfer, fluid mechanics (and the list goes on). You can be sure your home inspector understands the structure and moisture movement issues affecting your potential home.

 

The FMP credential is IFMA's internationally recognized credential signifying expertise in facility operation and maintenance, project management and business. And the SFP credential is awarded to a those knowledgable in sustainable energy, water and indoor air quality matters.
